Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services offered by Liquifyplus ("we", "us", or "our"). By engaging with us for design, development, or consultation services, you agree to these Terms in full.

Scope of Services

Liquifyplus provides Shopify development, CRO-focused design, custom-coded websites, and post-launch support. The full scope of your project will be outlined in a proposal or quote approved by both parties.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made as agreed upon in the proposal or invoice. Work begins only after a minimum advance payment of 50%, unless otherwise specified.

Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimated in good faith. We strive to deliver within the stated time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen technical issues or late client inputs.

Intellectual Property

All designs, code, and assets created by Liquifyplus will be handed over to the client upon final payment. We reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless a written NDA is in place.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of our services, delays in deployment, or third-party integrations.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project in writing. Any work completed until termination will be billable and non-refundable.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. In case of any disputes, the jurisdiction shall be the competent courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
