How long does a full redesign take?

Depends entirely on scope. Some brands need three templates redesigned. Others need thirty. We scope the timeline on your discovery call, honestly, with no padding.

Do you only work with Shopify?

Yes. Shopify is our main focus. If you’re on another platform and want to move to Shopify as part of the redesign, we can handle that too.

What if we don't have a lot of traffic or data?

That’s fine. We can still work from your brand, products, customer journey, competitors, and what’s already happening on the store. If useful data is available, we use it. For brands with strong data, we layer that on top. Either way, you get a site built to perform.

What's actually included?

Strategy, data analysis, customer research where relevant, design, copy, development, QA, launch. Every template in scope is redesigned and rebuilt. Scope shaped on the discovery call based on your store and your priorities.

Do we need a full redesign?

Not always. Some stores need a full rebuild. Others only need the homepage, PDPs, collections, or mobile experience fixed. We’ll tell you what makes sense.

Can you help reduce app dependency?

Yes. We often replace simple app-based functionality with custom theme code when it makes the store cleaner and easier to manage.

Can you work with our current theme?

Yes, if the theme is a good base. If it’s holding the store back, we’ll tell you before we start.

Do you design in Figma first?

yes. We design the main pages in Figma, walk you through them, and get approval before development starts.

What happens after launch?

Launch isn't the end of the work. You can take the site and run it yourself, or move into a growth retainer where we keep optimising, testing, and iterating continuously. Most clients choose the retainer path because the biggest wins come from compounding over time.

Can this be a one-off project, or a retainer?

Both. Some brands want a single redesign project with a defined scope and end date. Others rebuild pages continuously across a retainer because they have a large catalogue and ongoing needs. We'll recommend the right structure on your discovery call.

Do you guarantee better conversion?

No. We don’t make fake conversion or revenue guarantees. We improve the store experience, but results also depend on traffic, product, pricing, offer, and other parts of the business.
